The Fire Department Muster

The Guilford Volunteer Fire Department and the Guilford Fair will be adding a new event to the fair, to be held on Sunday, September 6, 2010.  The Fire Department Muster has been a long time tradition in the fire service when area fire departments take the skills that they train for and turn them into fire fighter games.  The event is good fun for spectators and participants alike.

The event will start Sunday, September 6, at 1:00 following the Fire Department’s well known chicken barbecue.

The games include, Water Polo, Midnight Alarm, Save the Baby, Bucket Brigade and everyone’s favorite, Tug O’War
