- Fitch Hall Entries must be in on Saturday, September 3, between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
- No entries accepted on Sunday (except livestock).
- Only one entry per person, per category.

- An exhibit card must be filled out for each entry. Exhibit cards available at website, www.guilfordfairvt.com.
- Entries must be new each year.
- Collections must be updated each year.
- All exhibits and ribbons must stay in place until 5:00 pm Monday.
- Livestock entries accepted on Sunday prior to 9:00 am (All livestock must be in place by 9:00 am and in suitable cages for overnight. Owners must feed and water animals properly each day.)
- Items are entered at your own risk.
- Chainsaw, Crosscut and Cant Hook log rolling sign up is from 12:30-2:00pm on Monday September 5th.
The office will be open for payment of cash prizes Monday at 10:00am. Prizes not picked up by 5:00 pm Monday will be forfeited. Any items left (after 6:00 pm Monday will be disposed of at the convenience of the committee, unless entrant has made other arrangements with the main office).
Precautions will be taken for the safety of all exhibits but the Association will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
The GFA reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not conform to the rules.
